What is your return policy?
Doesn’t quite fit? We surely want you to be happy! We accept exchanges on all items within 14 days after the product is received. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless item has been damaged before delivery or in transit. If your desired size or style is not available at the time of your return, we will be happy to issue a store credit to shop with us again in the future.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not already gone into processing. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to return to your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Contact us - we’ll be happy to assist you! All international orders and sale items are considered final sale.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All products are ready to ship when your order is placed, unless otherwise noted. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and packed. We ship all orders USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail from Los Angeles, with a 1-7 day transit time.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for a $5.00 flat rate.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Contact us for rates.
Will I be charged sales tax?
All orders shipped within the state of California will be charged local and state sales tax.
